Had just landed in São Paulo when Decree No. 59.283 of 2020 was published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality of São Paulo, so I decided to make a field diary with photographs and drawings of the city, but in addition to the images, the photographs in this essay they are a brief outline, a brief ethnography of urban memory in the genesis of an event that changed several lives, mainly the lives of the people portrayed in the social fabric.
