Judicial processes can be defined as government technologies that seek to maintain and order power under the legitimate aegis of criminal law. This article presents some reflections on the analysis of judicial processes and how these processes are constructed as a discourse of truth. Therefore, it raises some methodological reflections arising from a research carried out with judicial processes involving violence against children and adolescents. This work seeks, thus, to reinforce the powerful and analytical character of putting into suspicion the discourses that tend to reinforce legal forms as a way of resolving conflicts and also what constitutes the field of sexual violence against children and adolescents in the justice system.
